GKV Quoted in DDC Journal Article on Graduate Hotels

An article published in Design Develop Construct (DDC) Journal profiles Adventurous Journeys (AJ) Capital Partners, the developers behind GKV’s Graduate Hotel New Haven and other boutique hotels in college town settings.

In the feature “Reviving the Glory Days“, GKV Principal Michael Fontaine discusses the collaborative effort that was required to renovate the former Hotel Duncan into the 72-room Graduate Hotel New Haven, situated at the edge of the Yale University campus.
