ESSEX HOUSE

The private residence at The Essex House is a full renovation of an existing apartment overlooking Central Park South. The scope of work includes the master bedroom, library, drawing room, hallway, rotunda, foyer, kitchen, bathroom and guest bedroom. The client, with an interest in traditional detailing, desired a combination of classical vocabulary with the conveniences of modern technologies for their private residence.
