TEN23, designed for Equity Residential, is a 12-story residential building adjacent to the High Line, with 11 luxury residential apartments, including studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. The facade is a stunning composition of translucent glass set within an ornamental cast-in-place concrete frame and features a playful pattern, inspired by the number 10, formed by layering decagons adjacent to each other on the concrete facade. To create a connection between the adjacent High Line Park and TEN23, multiple terraces and rooftop gardens are incorporated into the design.
