Located in Midtown Manhattan, the Olshan Properties (formerly Mall Properties Inc.) office space includes an entrance lobby, private offices, open offices, an open benching desk area, conference rooms, a boardroom complete with custom furniture and audiovisual system, a full pantry, bathrooms, storage and IT rooms. The client requested a modern and sophisticated aesthetic for the office. As such, the space features clean minimalist lines and a silver, gray and white color palette, which is partnered with the use of wood to add warmth and integrity to the office. The result is a lobby featuring a polished Calacatta Gold marble floor, a custom designed ribbed ash ceiling and a custom stone and steel reception desk, which are contrasted against private offices with glass and aluminum walls, sliding doors, continuous painted sheetrock soffits and gridded ceilings.
