Jutta Ishii

Principal

Jutta Ishii, a Principal of Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel, Architects, DPC, brings years of experience designing high-end commercial interiors, healthcare facilities, and residential buildings. Before joining GKV Architects in March of 2000, Jutta worked at one of the leading architecture firms in Germany, providing her with a unique point of view for each project she led. Some of her notable projects with recurring clients include the 250,000 square feet headquarters for 32BJ SEIU, a LEED-certified project, various corporate offices for BNY Mellon in NYC and NJ, pre-builds for The Durst Organization, and not-for-profit clients caring for foster care children. To support the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREWNewYork), Jutta volunteers with its Women in Need (WIN) program. Sharing her love of architecture and design with her family, Jutta loves to walk the city of New York with her husband and two teenage daughters and finds many new and old things to discover.
