Located on Fifth Avenue, the 5-story headquarters for Leumi USA features an executive floor, reception areas, open workstations, private offices, a boardroom, conference rooms and pantries. The design of the headquarters reflects the bank’s identity and aesthetics through the use of Jerusalem stone feature walls on every floor and a palette that features the bank’s trademark color. In addition, GKV also designed a 3-story office space at 350 Madison Avenue to house Leumi’s trading floor, legal group, Human Resources Department, finance officers and other support offices. The annex featured state of the art trading facilities, open and closed office spaces, conference rooms, phone rooms, wellness rooms, pantries at each floor and an outdoor terrace. High security is a must for the offices and so both facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art security technologies.
