Avalon Cove Tower is a 69-story residential building in Jersey City that houses a parking garage, retail space, and fitness center in its elongated base. The building has over 1,000,000 square feet of designed space. The residential tower includes several amenity spaces including a cafe, two floors of dedicated flexible space, three separate landscaped rooftop terraces and an outdoor pool. The tower’s glass facade is designed to reveal a subtle gradient that starts in dark gray at the base and slowly transitions upward into off-white panes of glass. In the base of the building, the parking garage is composed of precast concrete panels and a variation of cool-gray perforated sheets of metal. Atop the southern edge of the parking garage sits a distinctive glass pavilion that contains a multi-level fitness center where a central atrium and open staircase creates a connection between each of its floors.
