GKV designed a new 123,000 square foot, 18-story Inclusionary Housing residential building with 160 units, located in the heart of Chelsea, New York City. 100% of the units qualify as affordable housing.The residential component includes a community facility and a rear yard on the ground floor. In addition, there is a rooftop amenity that overlooks the Hudson River and a Chelsea panorama. The red and green glazed brick creates a delicate depth and sleek pattern on the facade next to the black-framed window walls.
